At our initial meeting we will work with you to fully understand your needs so the likelihood of you changing your mind is reduced. Should you change your mind significantly and subject to how long we have been searching, then there may be a review of your fee. This would cover the time already spent on the search.

If you do find a property that we haven’t seen, then we will provide a full appraisal to ensure the property ticks all the boxes. Once Location One services have been engaged, fees are applicable, even if you find a property.

Ideally our goal is to minimise the time in purchasing the property. However it does depend on the properties available. We will always encourage waiting for the right property rather than buying one quickly that might not be right.
